Day 1: Arriva in Lima
Upon arrival in Lima you will be met by one of our representatives and transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Lima.
Day 2: Half Day Excursion of Lima City
Today you will be taken on a tour of the colonial centre of Lima. Our first stop is at the impressive Lima Cathedral. The infamous conquistador Francisco Pizarro inaugurated the Cathedral in 1540 which today contains his tomb. Next is the 17th Century Convent and Church of San Francisco, a textbook example of Spanish Neoclassical architecture. Overnight in Lima. (B)
Day 3: Fly to Cusco. Free Afternoon
This morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Cusco. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. The rest of the day is at your leisure.
The city of Cusco, the old capital of the Inka Empire is one of the most enchanting destinations in Peru. Situated in the Peruvian Andes, Cusco is surrounded by awesome mountains which perfectly compliment the blue sky and white clouds. As you explore the captivating colonial centre, marvel at Cusco’s art and architecture which offer a glimpse into her fascinating past. Overnight in Cusco. (B)
Day 4: Full Day Sacred Valley Excursion
Today you will enjoy a full day tour of the Urubamba or Sacred Valley, so named due to the number of sacred sites established by the Inka civilisation. First stop will be the colourful, bustling Indigenous Market at Pisac where locals congregate to buy and sell during the main market days on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday. In Ollantaytambo you will be taken on a walking excursion of the stunning Inka ruins which overlook the town below. Overnight in Ollantaytambo. (B, L)
Day 5: Train to Aguas Calientes. Machu Picchu Private Excursion
Today you will take a train to Aguas Calientes, Machu Picchu town, and the closest access point to the sacred Inka city. Upon arrival at Aguas Calientes you will be transferred by bus to Machu Picchu for your guided tour of the site.
The enigmatic complex of Machu Picchu, the most important and beautiful legacy of the Inka, is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is also included among the New Seven Wonders of the World. Return to Cusco. Overnight in Cusco. (B)

Day 6: Free Day in Cusco
Today can be spent exploring the cobbled stone streets of this esteemed imperial city. Take time to enjoy the colourful markets and stunning colonial centre. Overnight in Cusco. (B)
Day 7: Sightseeing Coach Excursion from Cusco to Puno
Today you will take a First Class coach to Puno. Along the way an English-speaking guide will lead tours to the decorated chapel of Andahuaylillas, spectacular lookout at Raqchi and Inka ruins at Pukara Museum. Enroute you will stop for a Buffet Lunch in Sicuani village. Upon arrival in Puno you will be transferred to your hotel. Overnight in Puno. (B, L)
Day 8: Full Day Lake Titicaca Excursion
Today you have a guided tour to visit the floating Uros Islands and Taquile Island on Lake Titicaca. Uros islands are made of dried totora reeds which provide home, sustenance and transportation for their residents. These floating islands are the home of the Uros tribe, one which pre-dates the Inka civilisation. In the afternoon you will have a buffet lunch on Taquile Island and later explore some of the Inka ruins there. Overnight in Puno. (B, L)
Day 9: Copacabana and Isla del Sol
Transfer by via the Bolivia/Peru border to the Bolivian town of Copacabana on the shores of Lake Titicaca. Here you will visit the Virgin of Copacabana, the most important religious sanctuary in Bolivia which attracts thousands of pilgrims every year.
Take a motor boat to the southern tip of Isla del Sol where you will be taken on guided tour of Pilkocaina Temple, Inka Staircase and the Fountain. Enjoy stunning views of Andes before taking the boat back to the lake shore. Cross the narrow strait of Tiquina which separates the lake’s northern and southern sections before heading south across the high plains to La Paz. Overnight in La Paz. (B)
Day 10: Fly to Uyuni. Uyuni Salt Flats
This morning you will be transferred to the airport for your flight to Uyuni. Upon arrival, begin your excursion to the Great Salt Flat, visiting the Train Cemetery to see remains of old steam locomotives. Head to Colchani to observe the practice of salt extraction before continuing to Inkahuasi Island, famous for its huge cactus varieties. Overnight near Uyuni. (B, L, D)
Day 11: Uyuni Salt Flats & Lagoons
This morning you will visit the Coquesa Mummies, the Tunupa Volcano lookout from where you can see flamingos. Overnight near Uyuni. (B, L, D)
Day 12: Uyuni Salt Flats & Lagoons
This morning depart for the beautiful Red Lagoon, famous for its incredible colours and flamingo population. Visit the otherworldly Sol de Mañana Geysers which vent great plumes of steam into the atmosphere. Continue via Chalviri Lagoon and Polques hot springs to Dali Valley and the Green Lagoon. Overnight in Uyuni. (B, L, D)
Day 13: Uyuni Salt Flats & Lagoons. Fly to La Paz
Transfer to Uyuni Airport for your flight to La Paz. Upon arrival, transfer to your hotel. Overnight in La Paz. (B)
Day 14: Airport Transfer
Today you will be transferred to the airport to meet your international flight. (B)
